The Art-Bridge is a connection, a service to help artists and art businesses to present well and sell well. We bring people's attention to the products and make the purchase more enjoyable and convenient for the customer - and therefore more profitable for the seller.

We would like to invite you to become an Art-Bridge Store vendor at no cost. If you are creator/ owner of the highest quality and unique products we'd like to feature you in our store. We would generate buying traffic to these products and our customers would buy your products. We will send you all orders to do the shipment and handle the actual purchases. We are already using this model in working with other vendors: it really works.

We charge 15% of each sale as commission, 3% of which goes to pay credit card processing. One-time set up fee for up to 24 products is only $89.99 covers expenses for the setting up, presentation, and promotion of your store. After your store is up, no annual or maintenance fee required. It is at our expense and a risk we are willing to take. All we know it is a win-win situation and that we will enjoy doing further business in this manner.

We will have just as much interest in selling your products as you do! Since we only make money when you do, we are highly motivated to drive visitors to our site and make sales. We handle all the advertising for you as well as all of the e-commerce headaches such as credit card processing, merchant accounts, giving you more time to concentrate on what you do best, making crafts. Terms of Service: I would like to exhibit and sell product(s) through the Art-Bridge.com(AB) Online Stores. I fully understand that AB is under no obligation to exhibit my products and that exhibition is completely within the discretion of AB. The products that I am submitting are owned by me and I have the exclusive rights to sell and advertise them. I will pay applicable set-up fees to sell my products in AB's Stores. I hold the exclusive rights and grant AB only my permission to display the products and any other text information that is related to the products. I understand that AB is not responsible for displaying the exact color accuracy or resolution quality of electronically scanned photos. AB reserves the right to utilize compression methods to upgrade image-loading time. Furthermore, AB reserves the right to cut and edit the text provided by me related to the photos of the products. I will promptly send AB image files of the products by email, product description and its price that would be used for displaying on AB Stores. I understand that AB will receive a 15% (fifteen percent) commission for sold products through its stores and deducts the percentage amount from the total amount of the order. I will provide AB with an option to submit a payment for products and be obligated to drop ship products directly to AB customers as soon as possible after order is received. I understand that I am fully responsible for all transactions and communications between me and the potential buyers of my products and AB will not act as a third party between me and the potential buyer. Therefore, AB is not responsible or obligated to solve any conflicts between me and buyers. I retain the right to cancel this agreement at any time by written request and for a full or partial reimbursement. However, if I choose to do so, I will immediately notify AB. AB will then remove these products from their Art Stores. AB reserves the right to remove any art work(s) at any time if problems arise. AB is not responsible for the errors or omissions in the text that is related to the product(s) on the site. I understand that Art-Bridge.com provides full customer satisfaction and, therefore, encourages purchasers to be certain of the quality of their purchase before completing any transactions. Any disputes arising under this contract will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The venue of any claims will be in the Philadelphia County.
